Morris Group, Inc., the largest machine tool distribution network in North America, is a third generation, family owned and operated business that serves manufacturers of precision machined parts in the United States. It is distinguished by its reputation for providing excellent customer service, longtime partnerships with leading builders, and financial strength.

Morris Group’s history dates to 1941 with the founding of The Robert E. Morris Company which continues to thrive today as one of Morris Group’s fourteen independently managed operating divisions.

Lee Morris, son of founder Robert E. Morris, serves as Chairman of Morris Group, Inc. Lee is a highly respected member of the machine tool industry and an active board member of the Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT).

Bradley R. Morris, President and CEO of Morris Group, Inc., is the grandson of Robert E. Morris and son of Lee Morris. Brad is actively involved in the day to day management and operations of the company and a recognized leader in the machine tool industry.

Our Services

Our services include applications engineering, machine tool service and maintenance, and financing through Machinery Finance Resources. Morris Group’s importing division, Rem Sales, supplies Precision Tsugami machine tools to manufacturers of small parts throughout North America via an extensive distribution network comprised of Morris Group, Inc. companies and others.  Morris Group proprietary brands, MP Systems and Velocity Products, supply high pressure coolant systems and tooling, respectively, through similar distribution channels.

Robert E. Morris and his wife, Dorothy (Dot) Morris, founded Morris Group’s first company, The Robert E. Morris Company, in 1941. It was built upon strong and enduring values that continue to guide all Morris Group companies today. Treating customers, suppliers and employees with respect, humility, honesty and fairness defines our corporate culture.
