Okuma Tower Platinum Service Ranking
Morris Group Inc.'s Okuma Tower Achieves Platinum Level Service Ranking from Okuma
Windsor, CT: Morris Group, Inc. (MGI) announced today that its Okuma Tower received a perfect score on Okuma's 2007 Distributor Service Evaluation. “Scoring 100% on this demanding test requires real teamwork” explains Brad Morris, President. "Every department must contribute."
The score represents excellence in five major areas, which include: service testing on mechanical and electrical components, 24/7 service and parts availability, customer satisfaction, parts inventory, and service technician/machine install ratio.
Okuma began the Distributor Evaluation Program in 2005. Since the program began, Okuma has focused on creating a service minded culture throughout it's distribution chain. "Providing superior service is critical to long term customer satisfaction" continues Mr. Morris.
