24/7 parts and service support

At Morris Group, Inc. we respond to customers' needs for service and parts on a round-the-clock basis. We maintain a large inventory of common replacement parts for same-day shipping. If a part is not in stock, we make every attempt to ship it within 24 hours of your call. Service personnel are dispatched the same day as your call in most cases. Our record of providing excellent customer service has received notice from our principal machine tool builders. In 2007, Morris Group companies scored 100% on Okuma's demanding Distributor Service Evaluation; we were named Distributor of the Year as a result of excellent scores in five major areas: service testing on mechanical and electrical components, 24/7 service and parts availability, customer satisfaction, parts inventory, and service technician / machine install ratio.
